How Booking & Pricing Works

At MoveX, we aim to keep our pricing clear and transparent.

The prices listed on our website represent our base rate for standard jobs within the service area. If your pickup is simple, easy to access, and located within the central service zone, you may proceed and book directly at the base price.

However, we strongly recommend contacting your local MoveX area manager via WhatsApp before making a reservation. By sending photos and details of your items, our team can confirm whether your job qualifies for standard pricing or requires any additional charges due to distance, stairs, difficult access, heavy items, or other special conditions.

Once pricing is confirmed with the area manager, you may proceed to book your appointment for the date and time that works best for you.

At the time of booking, you will only be charged the base service rate. If an adjusted price was previously agreed upon, the remaining balance will be due on-site before work begins. Additional payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, Cash, or Card.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their appointment and receive a full refund up to one hour before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made less than one hour before the appointment will be subject to a $70 transportation and dispatch fee.

Full Van

Our Full Small Van service is designed for larger residential cleanouts that still fit within one small truck load. This may include furniture from multiple rooms, mattresses, appliances, boxes, garage items, and general household junk. It’s ideal for downsizing, move-outs, or clearing out a property efficiently in one trip.

Need to get rid of just one bulky item? Our Single Item Pickup service is perfect for removing a single piece such as a couch, sofa, mattress, box spring, refrigerator, washer, dining table, dresser, recliner, desk, exercise equipment, TV stand, or other large household item.

Our Small Load service is ideal when you have a few bulky items or several small pieces that won’t fill up much space. This option works great for clearing out a bedroom, removing a few pieces of furniture, garage clutter, boxes, small appliances, or bagged yard debris. It’s a cost-effective solution when you have more than a single item but don’t need a large truck.

The Half Van option is perfect for medium-sized cleanouts. This typically includes multiple pieces of furniture, several appliances, storage unit cleanouts or larger garage clear-outs. If your items take up about half of our small van, this package offers the best value for the amount of space used.
